Taking place from April 27th to May 1st, Walvoil will attend Agrishow, in a Ribeirão Preto – SP, Brazil. It is one of the most important trade fairs of South America, focused on solutions for crops and cultures of all types and scales, with particular attention to innovation, adaptability and versatility. 

Brazil reaffirms its position as a global leader in the agricultural production, also thanks to its investments in the development of the brazilian agribusiness, of which Agrishow is the ultimate representation.

Walvoil still confirms its forward-thinking attitude and commitment to continuous innovation, showcasing a selection of innovative products and systems from its Hydraulic Digital Solutions, all compliant to the highest international standards.

Among other things: Walvoil will presents:

PWLS: the brand-new variable displacement piston pumps, with ALS control. Thanks to their compact design, which facilitate their installation in narrow spaces, these pumps are suitable to the challenges of a wide range of applications. Their responsiveness and stability guarantee optimal comfort for the operator. The offer of this brand-new generation of piston pumps is enhanced by sensors installation, compact tandem and various control possibilities.

DPK120: pre-compensated sectional valve, specifically designed for agricultural tractors and front-end loaders, particularly for new-generation machines where energy efficiency, control precision and integration with electronic systems are essential. It is designed for medium to high-demand agricultural applications, where multiple hydraulic circuits need to be managed simultaneously whilst maintaining a stable flow rate.

NG5 Module: a brand-new module designed for the CAN Bus electro-hydraulic control of the hydraulic load sensing valves. NG5 has been designed following the highest reliability standards requested by OEMs and it is available for the following sectional valves: DPK120, DPX series, EX series, DPC series; it is also EPD-certified (ref. ISO 14025 and EN 50693).

DJW: new joystick equipped with a high performance hardware suitable for ISOBUS applications in which it’s necessary an updated user interface (color and high definition). Walvoil DJW has been designed for security-related applications up to a Performance Level d / SIL 2; furthermore, it is completely sealed and dust-and-water resistant (IP67/IPx9K).

CED: technologically advanced electronic control units. Integrated with Walvoil valves and components, they support CAN-bus architectures, allow for easy customisation via dedicated software, and are designed to operate in the harsh environmental conditions typical of the agricultural, earthmoving and industrial vehicle sectors. They are also available for ISOBUS solutions.

Walvoil will be exhibiting at Agrishow in the Italian Pavilion promoted by Federunacoma, and sharing the booth with a few partner companies of the Interpump Group: Reggiana Riduttori, Transtecno, Interpump Hydraulics Brasil, and Interpump Group Spa through its brand Pratissoli.
