As part of the initiatives dedicated to corporate welfare, Walvoil organised two meetings on reanimation in cooperation with the Tricolore Training Centre of Reggio Emilia, Italy.
 
About 40 people took part with interest in the proposed events, which were held at the headquarters in Via Adige 13/D, on 06 May 2023, and at the Walvoil site in Bibbiano, Via Angelo Secchi 10, on 20 May 2023.

The lecturers involved are volunteers from the Tricolore Training Centre, which relies on the support and collaboration of qualified doctors, nurses and instructors with solid experience in the field of health training, who offer their expertise on public health topics.

The topics covered were wide-ranging: from the rescue chain, to the 118 call, to the lateral safety position.
The Centro Formazione Tricolore trainers first carried out a theoretical part on both topics and then moved on to a more practical part that directly involved the workers in cardiopulmonary reanimation and airway obstruction manoeuvres.

The meetings made us realise how much each of us, in our own small way, can really make a difference.

The Walvoil employees were very satisfied with the training: they asked questions and curiosity about events that happened, and the trainers were able to answer them clearly by giving real-life examples.
