Walvoil at the Summit in honour of Professor MONIKA IVANTYSYNOVA

Walvoil, represented by Eng. Cesare Dolcin – Test Department Manager, and by Fabio Terenzi, the Resident Engineer in Tulsa plant (OK, USA), on June 4-6 attended a Summit in honour of Professor and Researcher Monika Ivantysynova, suddenly and prematurely disappeared last year.

The event, promoted by the Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power (CCEFP), was held at Purdue University (W. Lafayette, IN, USA), where she had taught Fluid Power since 2004, managing the Maha Fluid Power Research Center.

Over 150 participants attended the Summit, coming from both Academia and Industries worldwide.

Over 30 speakers touched the most prominent subjects inherent to Fluid Power and its development and applications, with a glance to future perspectives of this evolving sector: Innovative Pumps and Motors, Advancements in Fluid Power Systems, Hybrid Architectures for Off-Road Mobile Machines, Energy Conversion and Storage, System Analysis, Advancements in Fluid Power components
